About the Role:

We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing UK-based travel operations in Mohali. This role involves assisting customers with travel bookings, queries, and itinerary planning, while ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound travel-related queries for UK clients.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary planning, fare quotes, and travel changes.
• Work on Amadeus or other GDS platforms (training provided if needed).
• Deliver excellent customer service via calls, emails, or chats.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, airline policies, and fare rules.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in travel consultancy or customer support.
• Experience with GDS preferred (training will be provided).
• Strong communication skills in English and Punjabi.
• Ability to work rotational UK shifts.
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
