Transport Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transport operations including shift rosters, vehicle scheduling, and route planning.
• Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors to ensure vehicle availability.
• Monitor adherence to safety standards, timely pickup/drop-offs, and proper vehicle documentation.
• Maintain records of fuel usage, kilometers covered, driver attendance, and vehicle servicing.
• Address employee transport complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with RTO regulations, insurance, and other statutory norms.
• Regularly inspect vehicles for cleanliness, roadworthiness, and document validity.
• Liaise with the Admin or Security team for transport during late shifts, night drops, or events.
• Handle onboarding and training of new drivers and ensure proper conduct and grooming.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good understanding of vehicle operations and route management
• Familiarity with GPS and transport management software
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and internal stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Knowledge of local geography, RTO norms, and emergency protocols
