Job Summary :

• The Transport Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of employee transportation services and Executive leadership team logistic, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely commuting for employees. This role involves liaising with transport vendors, optimizing routes, addressing employee queries, and maintaining adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

• Vendor Coordinate daily operations with transport vendors e.g., cab services.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Route Optimization & Scheduling:

• Plan, optimize, and manage transport routes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop & monitor update daily/weekly transport schedules for employees.
• Adjust routes as needed based on route optimization, traffic conditions, or other operational changes.

Employee Support:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all employee transport-related queries, complaints, and feedback.
• Address and resolve transport issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain records of employee transport requests and usage.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all transport services comply with company safety guidelines and local traffic regulations.
• Conduct regular checks (or coordinate with vendors for checks) on vehicle maintenance and driver licensing.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols for all commuters.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on transport costs, vehicle utilization, and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of transport agreements, vehicle details, and driver information.

ELT Operational Management:

• Manage transport with local travel (cab service) facilities like airport pickup & drop, Hotel transport to & Pro from office .
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for transport operations.
• Coordinate special transport arrangements for Executive leadership team logistic, events, new hires, or specific projects.
