Transport Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Management: Planning, organizing, and controlling the movement of goods or people from origin to destination.
• Route Optimization: Determining the most efficient and cost-effective routes for transportation.
• Compliance: Ensuring all transportation activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Staff Management: Supervising and coordinating drivers, dispatchers, and other transportation personnel.
• Budgeting: Managing transportation expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring shipment progress, generating reports, and maintaining records.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with external transportation providers and suppliers.
• Customer Service: Addressing transportation-related inquiries and resolving issues.
• Safety and Security: Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures for transportation operations.
• Maintenance Management: Scheduling and overseeing vehicle maintenance and repairs
