Sharing daily vehicle trip plan & customer requirement.
* Need to cross check daily trips with customer trip sheet/Security register
* Need to submit bill before 5th of every month and confirm
* Weekly Meeting with Vendor and understand the discrepancies and share the report across
* Daily follow-up for vehicle placement & on time delivery.
* Cross check vendor bill and send it to RO before 5th of every month
* Daily keep track of vendor MIS
* Share MIS on daily basis every morning
* Share vendor performance report (on time vehicle placement / on time delivery.etc.)
* Daily vehicle tracking and update to customer time to time.
* Need to do vehicle inspection twice in month and share the report
* Give daily training to driver
* Trip tracking
* Requested vehicle Vs actual placement
* Keep track of how many time vehicle getting breakdown and reason.
* PUC, Insurance, RC book, driver name and license, road permit, last servicing date, GPS working, last fitness date, safety shoes, uniform etc)
