We are seeking a Visual Designer to craft high-quality screen designs and interactive prototypes for our flagship product, A360 . You'll work closely with the UX Creative Director , Senior Visual Designers , and cross-functional teams to bring design consistency, innovation, and usability to our product interface. The ideal candidate is an intermediate to senior-level designer who can communicate and defend visual design decisions effectively and who understands the deep connection between visual aesthetics and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design application screens and interactive elements for the A360 platform Create visual workflows and detailed documentation to support development Collaborate with Interaction Designers and Developers to ensure design accuracy Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate key functionality, transitions, and interactions Work with high-level visual design specifications to maintain design consistency Ensure the 360 art direction is correctly implemented throughout the development lifecycle Assist in extending and maintaining the visual design framework for A360 Follow and improve design processes, clearly communicating them across teams Participate in cross-functional collaboration to align on user needs and product direction Ensure adherence to product branding and contribute to visual design strategy Translate design concepts clearly to Developers, QA teams, and product managers Required Qualifications: 3+ years of professional visual design experience , with an online portfolio Experience in mobile visual design Web application or transactional website design experience Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks , and similar tools Strong foundation in typography, iconography, composition, layout, and color Ability to think conceptually and apply design thinking Icon design and motion design skills Strong screen-level interaction design capabilities Experience with prototyping interactions , ideally in HTML5 Working knowledge of CSS Strong communication and presentation skills (spoken and written English) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks BFA or BA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Desired / Bonus Skills: Experience working in a UX-focused agency or UX team Experience designing enterprise applications Understanding of the intersection between brand and user interface Knowledge of 3D design tools Exposure to UX design practices (wireframes, user flows, etc.) Familiarity with Responsive Web Design principles Other Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally occasionally Passion for modern design trends and emerging technologies Process-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude toward solving problems
