Roles and Responsibilities: Work with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for all type of corporate Actions events (Mandatory, optional, non-financial, etc) for different type of custody setups and Physical assets. Analyse and model business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, User Stories for the T24 system. Create Business Process maps using tools such as Camunda, Visio etc. Assist in configuring and setting up the T24 SC module, Diary types and STP process for swift messages related CA events Provide support during the implementation phase, including data migration and system integration. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper system setup and performance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the T24 Capital markets and treasury modules. Train end-users on the functionalities and best practices of the system. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution. Communicate project statuses, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner. Qualifications : 8 to 13 years of experience with bachelors or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Tester within the banking and capital markets industry, with a focus on Securities back office for setting up of and processing of different type of corporate action events such as bonus, rights, coupon payments, etc. Strong knowledge of Securities back-office operations and trading of digital assets. Experience with configuration, testing, and implementation of latest release of T24. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies

Role & responsibilities Responsible for Requirement Analysis, Effort Estimation and Delivery of the team. Candidate will work with the application Architect for Solution approach, Design and Estimation. Lead the development team for Task assignment and Progress tracking & will Code, Unit Test and Code review. Help development team in manuscript coding, SQL store procedure, C#, XSLT Technical Expertise. Must have deep understanding of Duck Creek Claim Administration System configuration. Ability to understand business needs and translate them into manuscript inheritance and group structure, including design of technical components. Experienced in Manuscript Coding & Configuration using Author, Product Studio, Express, Server, User Admin and TransACT. Hands on experience in Claims Desktop, Console modules, Party Module, Task Creation, Claim Configuring, Extension and Advanced Extension points, Auto Reserves. Integration and configuration with Claim related third party. Experience with SQL Server, customizing and Debugging SQL store, Triggers, User defined Functions / Types, Cursors and XQueries. Must be experienced in DCT debugging Tools (TraceMonitor, ExampleUtil, TSV Monitor and Data Tester). Must have XML and XSLT programing experience. Preferred candidate profile

Must have extensive experience in PRODUCTION SUPPORT with client handling experience. Essential to have defect analysis, bug fixing and testing support during the test phases (SIT/UAT) at customer sites. Should have experience in handling a team Desired Skills Design Studio knowledge is an added advantage. Knowledge in UXP, TCIB is an added advantage. ITIL certification is an added advantage.
