Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual who can effectively engage with students and youth for mobilization and deliver training sessions focused on employability, communication skills, and career readiness. The role involves both outreach and classroom training responsibilities, contributing directly to skill development and placement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Mobilization:

• Identify and engage with colleges, institutions, and local communities to mobilize students for skill development programs.
• Conduct outreach campaigns via visits, seminars, calls, and social media to generate awareness and interest.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including college faculty, placement cells, and students.
• Meet mobilization targets and ensure adequate student enrollment for each batch.

Training:

• Conduct training sessions on soft skills, communication, resume building, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.
• Use interactive methods to deliver engaging and impactful sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide personalized feedback and support.
• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and student participation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Social Work, HR, or similar preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in mobilization, training, teaching, or outreach (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and regional language (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi preferred)
• Passion for youth development and training
• Willingness to travel locally for mobilization activities

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 - 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
