Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to improve their skills and performance.
Develop customized learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Provide ongoing support to trainers through coaching, feedback, and guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales/Servicing Training role.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE), and evaluation techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
