Job Details of Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on training sessions on Drone Technology, IoT, 3D Printing, and Electric Vehicles.

Update training content, practical modules, and assessments, and activities

Provide basic troubleshooting support for equipment.

Conduct TOT sessions for ITI instructors.

Maintain training reports, feedback, and session documentation.

Identify industry linkages for internship / on-job-training (OJT) / Placement to the students trained on new-age skills

Conduct placement counselling sessions for ITI students

Share training activity updates for social media

Conduct training on new-age skills to ITI students and ITI trainers. Training will be provided to make the candidate capable of training

Get Prepared models/Jobs from Students during practical training

Arrange industry linkages for internship / on-job-training (OJT) to students trained on new-age skills

Arrange for employment of trained students with relevant employers

Prepare monthly plan for counselling and training

Regular reporting of the activities against plan

Prepare and provide highlights of trainings and other project activities to project manager on a regular basis

Arrange Placement Counselling session for trained students

Eligibility Criteria:

Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, IT, or a related technical field.

Candidate must be able to interact and conduct training session in Tamil.

Work Experiences

Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience preferred.

Experience with any or all: Drones, IoT kits (Arduino/Raspberry Pi), 3D printers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
