Minimum qualification is HSC and above with a percentage of minimum 45% marks
Should have at least 1 year of experience in the role being offered
Final round of interview to be taken by the Client team
Develop a schedule to assess training needs regularly
Consult & collaborate with other trainers, managers, and leadership
Track and compile collected data
Conceptualize training materials
Communicate training needs + Refresher trainings based on TNI/BQM
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Test and review created materials
Maintain a database of all the training materials
