Roles & Responsibilities As a Trainee Software Developer, you will be expected to take ownership of your learning and contribute to real-world projects with responsibility and accountability. Key responsibilities include: Develop a clear understanding of the organizations mission, vision, values, and business model. Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and proactive participation during training sessions on technologies, tools, and products. Gain exposure to the technology stack, tools, and development practices used by the assigned development team. Translate learning into practical application through participation in active development projects. Post-training, contribute to end-to-end software development activities including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation under guidance. Must-Have Skills Basic understanding of programming concepts and logic building Problem-solving attitude and analytical thinking Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., C++, Dotnet, Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript) Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles Basic knowledge of databases and SQL Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (academic or practical) Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks Good communication and teamwork skills Academics Full time course recognized by the Central/State Government of India; No part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in degree, 10th or 12th B.E./B.Tech.
