Trainee Recruiter (Fresh Graduates, Call center Exp, EST Shift Onsite, Pune)

As a Trainee Recruiter in our recruitment team for the US market based in Kharadi, Pune, you will be part of a dynamic environment where fresh graduates are welcomed with open arms. This role does not require any prior experience; however, it provides comprehensive training in sourcing, screening, and client communication for global recruitment. Candidates with call center experience are also encouraged to apply, as there is an opportunity to expand your skill set. During your training, you will have the chance to familiarize yourself with advanced AI tools that are essential in the recruitment field. The shift timings for this position are based on US EST hours, from 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. Your responsibilities will include learning the full-cycle US recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates for US clients, communicating proficiently in English through phone and email, scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and providing support to senior recruiters on live client requirements. We are looking for fresh graduates from any stream, who possess strong spoken and written English skills, are willing to work night shifts as per US EST hours, and exhibit qualities such as eagerness to learn, ambition, and a team-oriented mindset. As part of our team, you can expect hands-on training from senior recruiters, along with a monthly stipend/salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
