Job Responsibilities:

• Support production operations and follow standard procedures
• Operate basic machinery and monitor production lines
• Maintain daily production records and ensure product quality
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards on the shop floor
• Work under the guidance of the Production Supervisor or Shift In-charge
• Participate in training and development sessions

Candidate Profile:

• Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts
• Basic technical knowledge of production/chemical/food processes
• Eager to learn and grow in an industrial environment
• Must sign a 2-year employment bond

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
