Job Description: TGT Mathematics Teacher Position Title: TGT Mathematics Teacher Department: Academics School Board: CBSE Key Responsibilities: Teach Mathematics to students from Grades 6 to 10 as per the CBSE curriculum . Prepare lesson plans , teaching aids , and interactive activities to make learning engaging. Conduct regular formative and summative assessments , assignments, and maintain academic records. Ensure syllabus coverage, student understanding, and performance tracking. Use technology-based tools (e.g., Smart Board, Math apps) to enhance learning experiences. Organize and guide students in Math Olympiads, quizzes, and competitions . Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment . Participate in staff meetings , parent-teacher interactions , and school events . Provide academic support and remedial instruction to students needing extra help. Stay updated with the latest pedagogical methods and CBSE updates . Required Qualifications: Graduate (B.Sc./B.A.) with Mathematics as a major subject. B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized university. CTET (Paper II) qualified (preferred/mandatory as per CBSE norms).
