Job Summary

As a Business Process Associate within the Reconciliation Utility, you will manage product changes, onboarding, and partner with tech for automation in a 24 X 5 environment, supporting Asia, EMEA, and WHEM regions. You will be responsible for understanding key metrics and risk components. Your role will involve meeting client deliverables with high timeliness and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet client deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop continuous focus on productivity and quality.
  • Review and document new processes regularly.
  • Identify and address business knowledge gaps.
  • Interact professionally with global managers.
  • Collaborate with tech teams on project deliveries.
  • Foster a High Performance Culture.
  • Monitor Management Information System data.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects.
  • Align department strategy with organizational goals.
  • Work with senior managers on technology and process needs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Graduate with minimum 8 years in a financial institution.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Reconciliations and products.
  • Exhibit SWIFTS/ISO framework knowledge.
  • Showcase leadership and people management skills.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Build strong business relationships.
  • Approach problem-solving proactively.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Data Science and Analytics.
  • Coding knowledge in JAVA and automation software.
  • Prior client and third-party bank investigation experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Acute client focus.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Partnering experience with Risk, Audit, and Compliance.
