Listening to client needs, prioritizing tasks, and participating in strategic initiatives and process improvements are essential components of the role. Verifying details of Derivative Trade products verbally and utilizing technical infrastructure for daily tasks will also be part of your routine. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot tables, macros, and vlookup, is necessary. Strong partnership abilities, motivation, and the capability to handle high complexity in product coverage are required. Adapting to changing priorities, working in a fast-paced trading environment, and being willing to work all shifts are essential for success. Preferred qualifications include experience with Derivative products, ISDA and Derivatives Product knowledge, and the ability to adapt to shifting gears with ease. Flexibility in workload management, stress management in a dynamic environment, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams are valued attributes.
