Job description Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales team members, including onboarding, refresher, and advanced training. Train sales teams on product features, benefits, competitive advantages, and use cases. Collaborate with product managers and marketing to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product releases. Facilitate workshops, classroom training, webinars, and e-learning modules. Assess training effectiveness and adapt programs based on feedback, sales performance data, and evolving business needs. Support sales leadership in identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted learning interventions. Create training materials such as manuals, guides, videos, presentations, and FAQs. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in sales training. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineeering or related field. 4+ years of experience in sales training, product training, or sales enablement roles. Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling), and CRM tools. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience designing and delivering in-person and virtual training programs. Ability to simplify complex product features into clear, value-driven messages. Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and digital communication platforms. Preferred: - Experience in Furniture, Interiors & Retail industry.

Primary Skills SAP WM Configuration and Process Design Strong expertise in configuring warehouse structures, storage types, bins, and control indicators. Ability to design and implement putaway, picking, and replenishment strategies tailored to business needs. Logistics Execution (LE) Integration Deep understanding of LE components including Shipping, Transportation, and Delivery processing. Skilled in integrating WM with LE for seamless inbound and outbound logistics. Inbound and Outbound Process Management Experience in managing goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, and goods issue processes. Proficient in handling transfer orders, transfer requirements, and delivery documents. Handling Unit Management (HUM) and Packing Knowledge of handling units, packing specifications, and their integration with shipping and warehouse processes. Ability to configure packing instructions and manage nested handling units. RF and Mobile Data Entry Proficiency in implementing RF solutions using SAPConsole or ITS Mobile. Ability to design and enhance mobile transactions for warehouse operations. Inventory Management and Physical Inventory Expertise in managing stock types, stock transfers, and physical inventory processes. Skilled in cycle counting and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. Integration with MM and SD Modules Experience in integrating WM and LE with Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD) for end-to-end logistics execution. Secondary Skills Basic understanding of SAP EWM and migration strategies Exposure to LE-TRA (Transportation) and shipment cost calculation Familiarity with IDocs, BAPIs, and basic debugging for logistics processes Knowledge of warehouse safety, compliance, and audit requirements Experience with SAP Fiori apps for logistics and warehouse operations Soft skillsstakeholder communication, documentation, and training support

Secondary Skills Basic understanding of SAP EWM and transition paths from WM Exposure to LE-TRA (Logistics Execution - Transportation) Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to logistics Experience with IDocs and basic debugging for WM-related issues Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance standards Soft skillscommunication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
