Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Operator located in Kondotti. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and conducting guided tours, planning travel itineraries, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes sales responsibilities to promote travel packages and customized tours. Daily tasks will involve coordinating with clients, vendors, and service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Sales skills and the ability to promote travel packages
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of both Indian and international travel destinations is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant booking and reservation software
