Your responsibilities will include developing detailed designs for tools, dies, molds, and fixtures using UGNX. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and product engineering teams to understand tooling requirements. Analyzing engineering drawings and specifications to create optimized tooling solutions will be a key part of your role. You will validate designs through simulations and prototype reviews, support tool fabrication, testing, and continuous improvement efforts, and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tool design. Proficiency with CAD software, with UGNX preferred, and an understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling principles are required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.,
