Position: Junior Engineer Mold Maintenance - (Plastic molding / rubber molding / compression Molding) Location - Dabaspet, Bangalore Reporting to: Senior Manager Technical & Project Education Diploma in Tool & Die making ( GTTC , NTTF , CIPET ) Preferred ITI + Diploma Exp : 2-3 yrs exp Job Description Preventive, Breakdown and Predictive maintenance of existing molds Coordinating with mold manufacturer during manufacturing stages, as a part of new mold development activity Trial and industrialization of newly developed or transferred molds Development of jigs and fixtures, required during regular production Liaise with suppliers for mold corrections Maintaining relevant documents to track mold breakdown/ mold life etc To involve in productivity and value engineering improvement activities Critical spare management Maintain & follow system requirements for ISO 9000/1SO 14000 / TS 16949 Making drawings using ACAD for fixtures / production toolings Read the part specifications and prepare accurate technical drawings. Manage tool maintenance activities involving Vertical Lathe machines, milling, drilling, and surface grinding . Sowmya Samvith Technologies 9844188855
