TM1 (Planning Analytics) - Specialist

You have a great opportunity to join our team as a Financial Systems Developer with a focus on maintaining and enhancing Planning Analytics (TM1) models. In this role, you will also be involved in testing, monitoring performance, addressing user support issues, and building financial and managerial reports using business intelligence reporting tools. We are looking for someone with knowledge of databases, ETL tools, and a basic understanding of business and financial processes. Experience in media and advertising is considered a plus. As a Financial Systems Developer, your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining TM1 Rules, Turbo Integrator processes, cubes, dimensions, and automation of data loads. You will update and troubleshoot TM1 security models, collaborate with our Planning Analytics Systems Manager, and work with business users and system administrators to develop and refine solutions. Additionally, you will assist in integrating Planning Analytics as a data source for business analytics reporting, maintain data models, test and validate results, act as the first line of support for user issues, and monitor system performance. To qualify for this role, you should have experience as a hands-on developer of TM1 (Planning Analytics), intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge, and familiarity with Tableau/Power BI is a plus. You should possess solid business judgment, an understanding of finance and financial processes, experience with databases and ETL tools, the ability to compare and validate data sets, absorb and present complex ideas quickly and accurately, gather and analyze end user requirements, and adhere to tight deadlines.
