Job Title: Network Lead/Manager (L4/L3) Location: Auckland, New Zealand (Onsite Opportunity) Experience Required: 6+ years Type: Full-Time | Onsite Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days Preferred Important Note: This is a full-time onsite opportunity in Auckland, New Zealand. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Network Lead/Manager (L4/L3) who can manage a complex, high-availability enterprise network environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) , routing protocols , security infrastructure (Zscaler, Palo Alto, F5) , and automation using Python or Ansible . You will lead end-to-end operations of the network, ensure performance optimization, manage compliance and risk, and contribute to business-aligned network strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of network operations, design, and security services. Manage large-scale SD-WAN deployments (Cisco Viptela) including design and migrations. Own network lifecycle, capacity planning, change management, vendor handling, and compliance adherence. Troubleshoot complex network issues using diagnostic tools and protocol analyzers. Work closely with stakeholders and business units to align technology with business goals. Define and improve network performance KPIs, monitor SLAs, and conduct regular RCA reviews. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers to support enterprise-grade network environments. Ensure compliance with security best practices and implement strategies for risk mitigation and business continuity . Mandatory Experience: Cisco Viptela SD-WAN (vEdge, vSmart, vManage) design & migrations Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, TLOC, OMP, VXLAN Switching: Cisco Nexus (9k, 7k, 5k), Catalyst series, VLANs, STP, LACP Security: Hands-on with Zscaler, F5 Load Balancers, Palo Alto Firewalls , Cisco ISE, CyberArk Wireless: Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers, 802.11ac Automation: Python, Ansible, or DevNet-style network scripting Network Monitoring, RCA, and Reporting Certifications Preferred: CCNP / CCIE (especially in Routing & Switching or Security) F5-CTS / Zscaler Certified / PCNSE Cisco DevNet Associate/Professional (Plus) You can also share your resumes individually to sai.priya@deliverycentric.com
