Title Technical Support Engineer

You will be working at Vitel Global Communications Pvt Ltd, a leading provider of VoIP services, offering high-quality communication solutions to businesses and individuals globally. As a Technical Support Engineer in our Hyderabad office, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for VoIP-related issues via phone calls and emails. You will diagnose and resolve problems related to call quality, connectivity, and configuration errors. Furthermore, you will assist customers in setting up, configuring, and maintaining their VoIP systems. Monitoring and maintaining the VoIP infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration with internal teams to address complex technical issues, documenting customer interactions and technical problems in the support ticketing system, and conducting regular system checks and preventative maintenance to prevent service disruptions will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should keep yourself updated with the latest VoIP technologies, trends, and best practices. Additionally, providing training and guidance to customers on VoIP system usage and features will be essential. Required key skills for this position include CCNA Voice / CCNP Collaboration, TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls, SIP, RTP, H.323, LAN, WAN, and VOIP. You will work 5 days a week in the night shift at the office in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position requires a graduate with 0.6-3 years of experience.
