Job Description

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for various aspects of the engineering process within the designated projects. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, your primary responsibilities will include conducting Feasibility and Conceptual Design Studies, as well as Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Detailed Design Engineering. You will be involved in the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Additionally, you will be utilizing tools such as ASPEN Hysys, AFT Fathom, Arrow, and Impulse, Pipenet for Process Steady State and Dynamic Simulation Studies. Your role will also involve tasks like Heat and Mass Balance calculations, Single/Two Phase Pressure Drop Calculation in Pipes, Equipment sizing, Control valve sizing, and PSV/RD sizing. Furthermore, you will be conducting Pump Hydraulic and Utility Network Analysis, Surge Calculations & Analysis, Depressurization Studies, Venting Calculation for Atmospheric Storage Tanks, and Heat Gain and Loss Calculations. You will also be responsible for preparing process datasheets for equipments and instruments, as well as developing ESD & Control Philosophy and Fire Protection Philosophy. Moreover, your role will include the preparation of Enquiries for Special Studies such as Dispersion Analysis, SIL, HAZOP, HAZID, and the creation of HAZOP preparation Packages. You will also be involved in formulating Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Procedures to ensure the successful implementation of the projects.,
