Description
As a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation Design at EY, your role involves collaborating with clients to enhance customer and user outcomes by implementing effective operational strategies, optimizing processes, managing performance, and achieving cost efficiencies. By transforming clients" operating models, you will contribute to creating increased value for their customers, members, or citizens. Utilizing design thinking and innovation, you will drive optimal design decisions and outcomes for the clients. Your responsibilities will include working as part of a high-performing team to solve complex business issues for clients, from strategy development to execution. You will engage with senior client stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and process analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in project delivery across the project lifecycle, drawing on EY's unique capabilities and global consulting network. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or project environment, with a strong academic background and skills in structured problem-solving, business analysis, and lean process improvement. Experience in project and program delivery, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies, and Lean Six Sigma qualifications are advantageous.
