Title Nurse Educator

As an Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Punjab with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) and ideally a Master's degree (MSc Nursing), you should have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, particularly in the healthcare sector. Your role will require a strong understanding of nursing theory, clinical practices, and effective teaching techniques, as well as previous experience in educating and training healthcare professionals. Your age should not exceed 35 years by October 31, 2024, to qualify for this position. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and implementing educational programs for nursing staff, with a focus on enhancing clinical skills, improving patient care, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. This will include conducting orientation programs for new nurses and providing ongoing in-service training to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing staff members. It will be crucial for you to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collect feedback, and make necessary improvements to ensure high-quality education and development. Collaboration with clinical teams will be essential to ensure that training aligns with hospital policies and current best practices. Additionally, you will be expected to provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, aiding in their professional growth and development. Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, staff progress, and certification requirements will also be a part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates, with a day shift, morning shift, and weekend availability. A performance bonus is also included in the job package. Applicants must be willing to commute or relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab, before starting work. Previous work experience of 1 year is preferred but not mandatory.
