As a US Immigration Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to USA visa processing. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, you will demonstrate expertise in areas such as I9, W4, and I983. Your role will involve handling non-immigrant visas including H-1B, H4, and Stem OPT, as well as Cap H1B applications. Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing a range of visa types such as H-1B, L1, E3, Cap H-1B, H4, i140, and overseeing application processes including transfers, amendments, and extensions. You will be tasked with gathering essential information to create and review LCAs, updating beneficiary statuses, and ensuring compliance with SOC codes and job titles for LCA filings. Collaboration with candidates and vendors is essential in collecting necessary documentation for H1B filings. Your role will also involve reviewing and preparing forms like I-129, I-539, and I-765 for visa submissions, as well as coordinating closely with on-site counterparts, management, and legal teams. As part of your duties, you will review RFEs, liaise with beneficiaries and on-site teams, and work with attorneys to provide USCIS with recommended responses and relevant documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to PERM applications, GC processing, DS160 preparation, and support visa stamping procedures. Your expertise will extend to I-9 forms, E-verification, onboarding beneficiaries, handling I9 and W4 paperwork, and managing I983 documentation for Stem OPTs.
