Title Full Stack Flutter Trainer

As a Full Stack Flutter Trainer at Skillonit, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with cutting-edge skills in coding, mobile app development, and UI/UX design. Your mission will be to guide students, particularly those from rural and underprivileged backgrounds, into the IT industry with strong technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include conducting interactive training sessions on Flutter, Dart, Firebase, REST APIs, and State Management. You will teach Full Stack concepts, including backend development with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB / PostgreSQL. Additionally, you will mentor students on designing, developing, and deploying cross-platform mobile applications, as well as provide hands-on coding exercises and real-world applications for enhanced learning. As a Full Stack Flutter Trainer, you will be expected to assist students with problem-solving, technical queries, and debugging. You will conduct live sessions, recorded lessons, and Q&A discussions, staying updated with the latest trends in Flutter and Full Stack development. Assessing student progress through assignments, projects, and exams will be an integral part of your role, along with providing career guidance, interview preparation, and industry insights. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in Flutter development and Full Stack technologies, with a strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter Widgets, and State Management techniques. Experience with backend development technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and GraphQL will be beneficial. Previous teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus, along with strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
