Role & responsibilities Wipro is looking for a proactive and experienced US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing skills, especially via LinkedIn Recruiter. This role supports strategic talent acquisition for US operations and involves close collaboration with global stakeholders. Ideal candidates are independent operators who excel in fast-paced environments and build quality talent pipelines. Preferred candidate profile Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles across various domains and business units Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and pipeline top talent Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to assess suitability Execute Boolean search and advanced filters to surface passive candidates across niche skill sets Strong vendor management skills with ability to evaluate, onboard, and nurture external recruiting partners Proven stakeholder management experiencecan confidently engage and align with hiring managers and clients Facilitate screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and selection processes Negotiate offers and manage post-offer communications in partnership with onboarding teams Drive compliance with Wipro policies and US labour laws in recruitment practices Maintain recruitment dashboards and analyse metrics to continuously improve hiring performance Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to flexible working hours Self-driven and capable of thriving as an individual contributor
