Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, network devices, firewalls, and storage systems Ensure high availability and performance of all IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, networks, etc.) Maintain and monitor network connectivity, including LAN, WAN, and VPN Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and secure operation of systems Provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues and incidents Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner Manage system backups, disaster recovery processes, and data integrity Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance on servers, operating systems, and applications Ensure compliance with IT security policies, access control, and data protection standards Prepare documentation for infrastructure setups, configurations, and procedures Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling based on business needs Conduct infrastructure performance monitoring and optimize systems for improved efficiency Support the deployment of new technologies and tools across the infrastructure Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement and support Participate in on-call support for critical system issues as part of the IT support team
