Identify the gaps in documentation and update them. Identify any tools/automations possible to reduce the inflow and implement them if possible. Leadership Principles: Computer science Debug, web tech- Java, JavaScript, ticketing, maintenance Mandatory Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Support Engineer. Scripting language exp is required for Java or Python. Should have hand on experience in debugging, Analysis, documentation, ticketing support. Preferred skills: Should be good to have some experience in coding Education or Certification Requirements: Bachelors degree
