Suitable candidate should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance , re issuance , cancellation, refunds , customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service skills. Good knowledge of GDS like Galileo must and Amedeus will be expected from all candidates. Preferred candidate profile We are looking for candidates with good english written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
