Assist passengers with booking reservations, issuing tickets, and processing payments. Provide information on flight schedules, fares, baggage allowances, and travel policies. Check- in passengers and their baggage; ensure compliance with security and safety regulations. Resolve booking discrepancies, seat assignment issues, and other customer inquiries. Handle changes to flight itineraries, including rebooking flights and issuing new tickets. Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities. Coordinate with airline staff, ground crew, and airport authorities to ensure smooth passenger flow. Promote and sell ancillary products and services, such as travel insurance and upgrades. Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, passenger interactions, and flight transactions. Provide courteous and professional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.

We are seeking a experienced Ticketing Executive with in-depth knowledge of the US and Canada travel markets. candidate will have hands-on experience In (Amadeus) understand fare rules, and be capable of handling complex itineraries and reissuances. Required Candidate profile 3-5 years of experience in ticketing on North American routes. Proficient in (Amadeus) Strong knowledge fare rules, commissions, codes, and reissuance procedures. Excellent communication & CS Skill.

Minimum 1 Years of Hands-on experience in PNR Creation, Issuance, Reissuance, Changes/Cancellation, Rescheduling. GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/TP/Sabre etc) Knowledge is a must. Ability to perform under Pressure. Good knowledge about International Routing Desired Candidate Profile Good Geographical Knowledge ie, City codes, Airport codes, Airline hub, Routing, Countries capital etc Interacting with the Airlines/ customers. Responsible for Revenue generation for the company. Good stability background. Good Written English skills. Willing to work 24 by 7
