Job description Role & responsibilities Operate and monitor injection moulding machines Conduct basic machine setup and troubleshoot minor issues Perform quality checks and maintain production logs Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards Collaborate with the maintenance and quality departments Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards in the work area Preferred candidate profile ITI / Diploma / Engineering degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or related field 26 years of experience in Injection Moulding (preferred) Knowledge of injection moulding machines (e.g., Toshiba, Haitian, Engel, etc.) Good understanding of mould setup, parameters, and basic troubleshooting Willingness to work in shifts What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits Training and development opportunities Safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and processes
