Responsibilities Provide technical support for cooling towers and other industrial equipment (on-site & remote). Coordinate with design and erection teams to resolve client issues. Conduct inspections, performance evaluations, and root cause analysis. Support the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and troubleshooting calls. Document technical reports and communicate findings to internal teams and clients. Work closely with Central Technical Coordinator for pan-India site coordination. Desired profile of the candidate 5 years plus experience in industrial or field experience (cooling towers preferred) must. Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of thermal systems. Willingness to travel occasionally (if required) for troubleshooting. Good communication in English & Hindi. Additional Bengali/ Tamil/ Punjabi/ Marathi will be added advantage. Client Coordination On-site Support MS Excel Report Writing Team Collaboration Verbal & Written Communication Excellence in video calls/ problem resolution. Role & responsibilities Develop and finalize Heat & Mass Balance Diagrams (HMBD), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). Define and review Control Philosophy, equipment sizing, and material specifications. Analyze project requirements and integrate vendor inputs and historical data into final process documents. Support and guide the team in calculating utility consumption, equipment loads, and flue gas treatment systems (ESP, bag filter, FGD units).
