Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and passionate Skin Therapist to join our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will provide professional skin treatments tailored to each client’s needs, promote skincare services and products, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer care. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve healthier, radiant skin through both manual and device-based treatments. Key Responsibilities: Perform a range of facial treatments , including deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, acne care, chemical peels, and more. Operate advanced aesthetic devices (e.g., lasers, radiofrequency, ultrasound, microdermabrasion , etc.) under supervision or training. Recommend and explain personalized skincare routines and retail products. Educate clients on post-treatment care , skin maintenance, and sun protection. Ensure sanitation, disinfection, and safety protocols are followed at all times. Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in pristine condition. Keep up with industry trends, new procedures, and product knowledge. Assist in marketing activities , social media content, and promotional events as needed. Preferred: Experience with devices like Hydrafacial, Fotona Q-switched lasers, LHR, etc. Sales experience in skincare products. Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Offline Tie-Ups Identify and build partnerships with salons, gyms, dermatologists, fitness centers, bridal studios , corporates, and wellness brands.
