Job Description

Role profile: Serve as Class Teacher for Grade 5, managing day-to-day class affairs and student well-being
Plan and deliver engaging and conceptually clear Science lessons for Grades 6 to 10 (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology)
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and lab activities aligned with curriculum standards (CBSE preferred)
Use innovative teaching methods, including activity-based learning, experiments, and digital tools
Monitor and assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with other teachers and academic coordinators for curriculum planning and school activities
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development
Participate in school events, workshops, and teacher training sessions
Function:

Academics Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) with BEd mandatory
Minimum 4-6 years of teaching experience as a Science teacher (TGT level)
Strong command over scientific concepts and teaching methodologies for middle and senior grades
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and familiar with online teaching tools, smart boards, and digital platforms
