We are looking for Store Manager and Area Manager for our western garment retail store in Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. We have multiple garment retail stores of westernwear related to Men, Ladies and Children wear. Currently the stores are in West & East Delhi and in Gurgaon. Apply only if you have experience of independently handle garment retail store and open new stores in NCR. Job description: 1. Independently manage retail store(s). 2. Decide merchandise based on latest fashion trends and store sales. 3. Set sales targets for store and individual sales staff. 4. Plan and implement sales promotions. 5. Manage social media for the store. 6. Manage all administrative issues for the store. Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of retail store manager experience in the fashion apparel industry. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
