As a UI Developer, you will utilize your expertise in JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, MySQL, and XML to design and develop engaging user interfaces. Your responsibilities will include understanding user briefs, creating intuitive interfaces, collaborating with users iteratively, enhancing prototypes efficiently, and executing visual design stages from concept to final delivery. Your role will involve presenting and defending designs, establishing design guidelines and standards, and promoting best practices in user interface design. To excel in this position, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, self-direction, and team collaboration abilities. Proficiency in contemporary user-centered design methodologies is essential. You should demonstrate excellent time-management, multitasking, and communication skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Your essential skills should encompass HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJs, knockoutJs, along with basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and WordPress. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and awareness of Illustrator are desirable. Familiarity with coding tools such as Dreamweaver, Eclipse, Sublime Text2, Textmate, and Coda will be advantageous. Desirable skills include JQueryMobile, Phonegap, Table-less coding, Twitter Bootstrap, Mobile App-Framework, Cross Browser Compatibility, NodeJS Basics, W3C Strict Compilation, and XHTML. You should have a minimum of 2 years of formal professional experience as a UI Developer, with a solid portfolio showcasing design expertise and an eye for aesthetics in layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography. An understanding of web and mobile limitations and the ability to push boundaries creatively are valued qualities. Formal education in interaction design, such as a Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma, is a definite plus. This role is in the IT/Computers-Software industry, focusing on UI development with key skills in JavaScript, OOJS, JS Frameworks, Angular JS, CSS, and HTML. Educational qualifications required include B.Sc, B.Com, M.Sc, MCA, B.E, or B.Tech.
