Job Description Key Responsibilities: Perform testing of lighting products as per NABL standards Operate and analyze results using Spectroradiometer and other photometric equipment Conduct Hi-Pot (HB) Test, Environmental Test, Surge Test Use Oscilloscope and other electronic measuring tools to ensure product quality and compliance Prepare detailed test reports and documentation Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams for product improvement Ensure adherence to testing protocols and safety guidelines Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in testing roles within electronics or lighting manufacturing industry Proficient in using NABL lab testing equipment Strong understanding of lighting and electrical safety standards Good analytical and problem-solving skills
