This role will play a pivotal role in our Lending transformation efforts, assists in small designs, hands on development, testing automation and collaborate with other seasoned engineers in the replatforming of our origination system In this role, you will: Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments Contribute to large scale planning of strategies Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education, Desired Qualifications: 4 + years of experience with IICS cloud integration 3+ Experience in configuration and customization of IICS cloud integration and conversion of data on the platform 3+ Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM 3+ Experience with commercial lending business Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills 4+ years of IICS cloud integration and conversion of data on the platform 3+ Knowledge and experience with complex business system integrations 4+ Knowledge and experience object-oriented design patterns and development 3 + years of experience using tools like Jenkins/Harness, GitHub, and testing automation tools (selenium or ACCELQ) 3 + Experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery 3+ Experience with relational databases, or data modelling Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, integration testing, API testing, Performance Testing, and Functional testing Experience with automated testing will be added advantage

Role & responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in defining, executing, and reporting on test plans. Participate in requirement gathering, user story discussions, and design reviews to identify and address potential quality issues early in the development cycle. Develop and implement comprehensive test plans covering various types of testing (functional, performance, accessibility, etc.) aligned with project requirements and risk assessments. Automate test cases using scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) to improve efficiency and coverage. Design and develop robust test automation frameworks for API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects reported during testing. Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to testing processes and strategies. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA team's efficiency and effectiveness. Primary Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain highly scalable microservices within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on Microsoft Azure Establish, refine and integrate CI/ CD, feature testing automation, performance testing as needed Identify production and non-production application issues Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications, public cloud infrastructure cost, best cloud practices, scalability, high availability Provide technical leadership, design and code review, serve as a mentor to less experienced Developers Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science /Engineering/Science/Mathematics or related field with 7+ years of experience .Net Core, Angular, REST and Azure Cloud Certification, preferably Azure 7+ years of development experience using C# Programming Ability to envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it Ability to design and develop the framework of the system and be able to explain choices made Also write and review design document explaining overall architecture, framework and high level design of the application Ability to create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it Ability to define in-scope, out-of-scope and taken assumptions while creating effort estimates Ability to identify and integrate well over all integration points in context of a project as well as other applications in the environment Ability to deliver professional level technical work in support of the development of company products, tools, platforms and services, typically for an external customer or end user Ability to operate within established methodologies, procedures, and guidelines Knowledgeable with principles and techniques to solve technical problems Ability to work closely with other functions to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps Ability to design and implement web services with security Ability to design and implement database schema Good understanding of Infrastructure as code
