Job Overview: Responsible for overseeing MEP Design and Commissioning activities, ensuring process integrity, quality execution, and compliance with project standards across various phases. Key Responsibilities: Stationed onsite throughout project tenure for execution and coordination. Support MEP Design and Commissioning by gathering inputs from client and site teams. Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, audits, and operational reviews. Prepare project-specific documents across all stages due diligence, design, tender, execution, and handover. Review and provide value-added feedback on design drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and specifications. Drive and participate in client design review meetings and commissioning planning. Prepare and witness FAT, SAT, and IST procedures and results for MEP systems. Coordinate QA/QC, testing, commissioning, and quality issue resolution on site. Maintain trackers and reports to monitor commissioning progress. Collaborate with stakeholders architects, PMC, consultants, and contractors. Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and client feedback systems. Prepare final project reports, O&M documentation, LEED commissioning and submission documents.
