We are looking for a motivated Hardware Test Engineer (HWTE) specialized in Test and Integration Analysis (TIA) to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobile test stations, yield tracking, and failure analysis. You will work closely with overseas customers and cross-functional teams to monitor test performance, analyze issues, and drive corrective actions to improve product quality. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain mobile test stations ensuring effective test process execution. Collaborate with overseas customers to develop and refine test processes. Track and analyze yield on a daily basis to identify trends and potential issues. Conduct internal and external meetings to discuss test issues, failure analysis (FA), and track customer MIL (Measurement In Line). Manage FA trackers and compile FA summary reports across different project phases. Prepare weekly bridge reports and summarize top 5 error codes to highlight key failure modes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely closure of issues. Apply knowledge of line bring-up procedures, GRR (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility), CPK (Process Capability Index), distribution analysis, and test policies. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams for smooth project execution and reporting. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related disciplines. 2 to 6 years of experience in hardware testing, preferably in mobile or consumer electronics. Strong knowledge of mobile test stations and test process development. Experience with yield tracking and failure analysis methodologies. Proficient in maintaining detailed FA trackers and generating summary reports. Familiarity with statistical quality control tools including GRR, CPK, and test policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with overseas customers and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in mobile test stations and be adept at collaborating with global customers to develop and optimize test processes for new and existing mobile products. This role demands strong coordination with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills to drive effective issue resolution and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and operate mobile test stations, ensuring efficient testing processes for mobile hardware. Collaborate closely with overseas customers to define, implement, and improve test processes aligned with customer requirements. Lead internal and external meetings focusing on test issues, failure analysis (FA), and tracking Measurement In Line (MIL) with customers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure timely closure of test-related issues and implement process improvements to minimize failures. Track daily test performance, analyze data, and provide regular updates and feedback to customers. Maintain lesson learnt trackers and documentation to capture knowledge for continuous improvement and future projects. Participate actively in New Product Introduction (NPI) program management, including kick-off meetings and ensuring readiness for new projects. Apply knowledge of line bring-up, GRR (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility), CPK (Process Capability Index), distribution analysis, and test policies. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure transparency and smooth execution of testing activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Electronics, ECE, EEE, or related disciplines. 2 to 6 years of experience in hardware testing, preferably in mobile or consumer electronics domains. Strong knowledge of mobile test stations and testing methodologies. Experience working with international customers and cross-functional teams. Proficient in conducting meetings and driving issue resolution with multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with statistical process controls such as GRR, CPK, and test policy management. Experience in NPI program management and project readiness assessments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks effectively.
