As a Test Manager at Macquarie, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire testing process, from planning and execution to closure. You will be tasked with defining and implementing test governance and reporting structures, which includes developing test strategies, creating plans, generating status reports, and providing insights on progress, challenges, risks, and results. Effective collaboration with stakeholders and efficient leadership of the testing team are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess 8-10 years of experience in test management within large, complex projects, with a strong emphasis on test governance and reporting. Proven stakeholder management skills, exceptional leadership abilities, proficiency in test management tools and methodologies, knowledge of SDLC, agile practices, and familiarity with finance/tax domains are also expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
