Test Lead - Selenium

We are currently seeking Selenium Professionals in various areas. As a skilled QA Automation Engineer, you will play a vital role in our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in automation testing, a solid coding and scripting background, and be capable of developing and maintaining automated test scripts and test automation frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans. - Implement and enhance automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency. - Execute automated tests, analyze results, and identify defects and areas for improvement. - Work closely with developers to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. - Document test cases, test results, and defects clearly and concisely. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation testing. Required Skills And Qualifications: - Overall 6-8 years of experience in API Automation, UI Automation, Performance testing & Regression, and Maintaining Integration & Functional Test Coverage. - Hands-on experience in UI automation using Selenium/Cucumber. - Experience with TypeScript/Javascript. - Hands-on experience in API testing using Cucumber with Java, SoapUI, or Postman. - Expertise in integration testing around REST calls, APIs calls, microservices. - Ability to build reference applications and review and edit API documentation. - Hands-on experience with JMeter or any other performance tool. - Working knowledge of the cloud is preferable, experience with Cloud environment with Microsoft Azure. - Hands-on experience with Google dev tools. - Experience working in Agile teams and methodologies. - Good understanding of Project life cycle with Automation architecture. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
