Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and increase revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and optimize performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.), Electronics & Telecommunication (B.Tech/B.E.), or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
