Job Summary:

Territory Sales oversee sales operations, promotes playground equipment to various institutions, and builds strong customer relationships. The role includes developing strategic sales plans, achieving targets, leading a sales team, and aligning with company goals.

Responsibility:

  • Identify and convert new clients through networking.
  • Visit prospects and top clients regularly. (Create and visit new Prospect-school, Builders, Architects, Hotels & resorts.)
  • Appoint and manage dealers.
  • Close deals with direct clients and clear outstanding payments.
  • Update inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on dispatches.
  • Monitor competition and adjust strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and give presentations.
  • Handle complaints and follow up on orders.
  • Preparing and submitting sales quotations.
  • Study regional competition and align strategies.
  • Conduct site visits for installations and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
