We're #Hiring: Territory Manager-Panjim Goa RESPONSIBILITIES:- Sales  Owning offline bus ticket sales in the region through travel agents and keeping a daily account  Achieving ticket sales targets and agents onboarding numbers, educating and training agents regarding our B2B portal  Regular visit to agents and relationship management; cash collection and deposit if required  Responsible for spot bus ticket bookings and boarding point sales activities. Operations  Responsibility of boarding the passengers to buses at dedicated boarding point through bus captains  Ensuring amenities on the buses are as promised to our customers  Supervision of service performance and continuous improvement – customer ratings, NPS, on time arrival & departure  Regular coordination with bus operators and their staff to fix bus related issues within stipulated time  Handle ground staff like bus captains, driver/helpers and ensure compliance & SOP implementation  Execution of centrally devised offline promotional campaigns and marketing activities in the city.
