Job Description

Direct Responsibilities Analyze and interpret requirement & issues specifications received from Business analysts or production teams. Participate with analysts to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications. Work in collaboration with the analyst of the project to meet the clients expectations. Take charge of the development work according to the priorities defined by the product owner. Propose technical solutions adapted to the business needs, develop technical requirements. Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received. Packaging and deployment on non-production environments and monitor production releases & deployments Participate in the testing support (system, user acceptance, regression) . Bring a high level of quality in developments, in terms of maintainability, testability and performance. Participate in code reviews set up within the program. Contributing Responsibilities Participate in transversal, capability building efforts for the bank. Implementation of best practices, coding & development cultures Work closely as “one team” with all stakeholders jointly to provide high quality delivery Work on data-driven issues, innovative technologies (Java 17 or 21 with Quarkus Framework, Kubernetes, Kogito) and in the Finance & Risk functional areas. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical (Mandatory Skills): TRERADATA development (intermediate, expert) Knowledge of Linux shell SQL queries Unit Testing (Optional Skills): Management of temporality in Teradata Knowledge of Linux environment Behavior Skills Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team. Rigorous and disciplined, with deep attention to quality of work (software craftsmanship approach is welcome) Result oriented, ability to meet and respect deadlines. Curious, ability to learn and adapt to technological change. Good communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
